Due Date

I found out I was pregnant March 1, 2019 (HCG 63). I'm pretty sure I ovulated the week of February 11th but the first day of my last period was January 21. I have PCOS so my periods were irregular. Today (March 4th) my HCG came back as 188. I'm bloated, I'm already cramping slightly, and my boobs are heavy and tender. How do I tell how far along I am? Dr says only a few days
