Raspberry tea?

Has anyone had any good experiences with Raspberry tea starting labour?
Midwife suggested it

Doula here! 🙋🏻‍♀️ It doesn’t start labor, per se. It tones your uterus which helps your contractions be more effective— so potentially you can dilate faster if you’re already having contractions.

I’ve been drinking raspberry leaf tea multiple times a day since 20 weeks and I’m now 36 weeks and haven’t noticed a difference. Hopefully it will make actual labor quicker though 🤷🏻‍♀️
