So I’m at the tail end of my first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> cycle. Everything was going great, had 16 eggs retrieved, then got the call the day after retrieval that only 3 had fertilized normally. Some eggs weren’t mature, some didn’t fertilize at all, but I had a handful that were 4PN and 5PN (instead of the 2PN they should be after fertilization). They went ahead and transferred two 5-cell little guys yesterday at day 3 but now I’m really seeking to understand the 4PN and 5PN.

Has anybody had this before or at least heard of it? (I messaged my doctor this morning about it and he said in his 30 years he’s never seen that which makes me even more nervous)
