Baby acne?

My son is getting it pretty bad and I was just wondering if there’s anything I can do to help it go away?

I switched to mustela products and aquaphor and it cleared it right up.

Warm wash cloth followed by aquaphor twice daily worked for us like a charm! Took about 8 days or so.. used Mustela sensitive cleaning water product for two days before trying this. It dried some of the pimples but made her skin red and made more tiny red bumps everywhere. I stopped using it when I noticed.

We did a breast milk bath for our babe last night because he had some yesterday and woke up this morning and it was completely gone!!

My baby had it and it got infected because I mad the mistake to try to clear it before it was gone on its own. The pediatrician prescribed us Mupirocin 2% and it was gone in a couple of days.

Do you breastfeed? Breastmilk does wonders on it !
