Normal behavior?

Question

Over the last week, my 3mo son has been falling asleep randomly on his play mat, in our laps, etc. He's usually pretty through with a schedule... Eat, Diaper, Play and Nap... But suddenly he's randomly falling asleep for 20-40 minutes at a time... Two or three times a day. 
Is this normal behavior? FTM and it's kinda freaking me out.

Oh yeah, my son is now 7 months and around that time he’d crash all the time
In random spots.

Probably normal but ask your doctor if you’re worried. He’s still very small so he will need to sleep regularly and it’s perhaps a little too early to expect too much of a routine out of him :) x

Sounds like he could be in a growth spurt. He is still young naps 20-40 minutes long are perfectly normal.
