Big Lead follicle and the rest small

Wondering if you can clarify this for me. So I’ve had a pretty crappy response to stims this cycle, basically 1 bigger and 1 smaller follicle every ultrasound and then, after 10 days of stims: 1-13mm, and 5 more 5-6mm, S couple more unmeasurable. My doctor cancelled the cycle.

I’m just why she wouldn’t sacrifice the lead follicle and see if the rest grow? I didn’t have a chance to ask her and now the office is closed. I’m just wondering because the doctor ( another one) that did the ultrasound said that that sometimes happens. Any thoughts on why she wouldn’t try this? Is it just too many days of stims?
