Advice plz?

Ok so i started bleeding pink on 2/28 then on 3/2 it was still light but when i wiped it was super slimey like boogers. Then stopped yesterday so i put a tampon in before bed last night just in case and it just had brown blood on it this morning. But i started getting nauseous and super tired i took a long nap and took some night time medicine but today im nauseous again and getting sharp pains in my lower belly above my belly button. Am i just getting sick or should i test? My period was supposed to start the 28th so didnt think anything of it but the bleed was way different im usually 5-7 days horrible cramps and super heavy.
