I just had a c section 3 weeks ago and I haven’t been able to use the bathroom in 1.5 weeks! Well I finally feel like I need to go, but I can’t! It hurts soooo bad, and no matter how hard I push, it’s like nothing wants to come out! This might be TMI and I apologize if it is, but I need help! I’ve taken laxatives and stool softeners the past 2 days but nothing has worked. Any suggestions on what I can do and how I can make it less painful? PLEASE HELP ME POOP 😭
