Help! BBT/O confusion galore!
So confused. I got a +OPK on CD15 then -OPK on CD16, my temps were rising but I never had 3 consecutive days of increased temps.
I know some women have a fallback rise as well as corpus luteum dip.
I visited my OBGYN last week and based off my OPKs she said I definitely ovulated, regardless of the temps.
Thoughts?? Posted both my BBT chart and OPK chart!
