Possible miscarriage???

So, Saturday night around 1 am I was sitting up talking to SO, and out of nowhere I had a gush of blood. It was pretty dark, and little globs here and there. I put a big pad in and the next day I just had (very light amount) brown discharge looking stuff...or old blood idk. I haven’t bled at all today tho. I have never had a miscarriage.. so I don’t know what to expect. I haven’t had an cramps. I went to try and get seen today but 3 different drs couldn’t get me in 😓. I went to the health dept and got a confirmation of pregnancy. It was positive, but I’m still worried. Is there any explanation for this other than miscarriage? I didn’t think implantation could happen at 6 weeks???
