Very VERY painful

Ok so it all started when I got brown discharge for the very first time I got this bump like between my butthole and my vag hole lol. But it hurt when I pee and the next day I realized there was two the other one was on the lip of my vag. It has been 4 days now So I’ve tried poping it I’ve thought it was a yeast infection so I used Monistat and now it hurts ten times more what do I do? What is it? It hurts to pee , to sit and to walk it mostly hurts peeing and just more uncomfortable for the other two. I’ve also noticed a bit of a um smell since this as started and I’ve showered
