There is an option to add another baby in the app that tracks like feeds and diapers and stuff. I have my one year old and my newborn in here and switch between them all the time. For me it was three dots at the bottom right, scrolled down, add a baby. But I know the apple version is different in layout.

Try this. It should work if you press add a new baby.

A lot of pregnancy apps don’t have the option for twins
