TMI - early pregnancy discharge?

I last had sex on the 24th of February & today I’m having light cramping & this discharge... it’s different than normal. My next period isn’t due until the 18th of March. Is this what early pregnancy discharge looks like? TIA. Been TTC #2 for a few months now...
