Insemination information

Kristen

Hey all, just wanna post and see if anyone can give me an idea of how the process of insemination goes. I got my bloodwork done last week and my saline ultrasound done this morning. So far everything is coming back fine. My husband just has to get his bloodwork done and then I have to have my gynecologist office send over breast exam and Pap smear information.

The clinic I go to seems to just leave things up in the open and isn’t very good with informing me on what the next step is. I am very new to all of this and heavily rely on them helping me thru this process and be supportive about it.

I don’t know if this is a bad decisions but we decided to get all the testing done now (in case extra steps need to be taken) then do the insemination in August. Just so we can save for future baby and have a financial plan to pay for the costs at the clinic. Should we have waited to jump into this process? Does this mess up the timing at all?

Thanks for any info anyone can provide.
