Sex after ectopic pregnancy

Just wondering if any of you have had any issues with your partner and sex after an ectopic pregnancy or other pregnancy loss?? My husband has checked out of the bedroom, and we nearly go in an argument when I brought up sex tonight. I’m 6 days post-op from surgery for an ectopic pregnancy. This is our 4th loss since Sept 2016, and my 5th loss. I had a prior miscarriage and then a healthy boy from a previous marriage. My husband adopted our son, but we would like to have more kids. I can’t seem to get him to even look at me or talk much about any future plans or being intimate again. Tonight he said “maybe we can try in a few days or something” because he’s afraid of hurting me. I keep reassuring him I’m fine and not in any pain so let’s just see what happens. He wasn’t hearing it. I don’t feel sexy at all. I feel broken and defective. It doesn’t even seem like he wants me anymore. I understand the frustration with multiple losses. But to just completely lose interest in your wife? That seems like a bit much to me. Any tips on getting him interested again?
