Clomid/Ovulation, did I miss it.

Can someone please help😊 Dr started me on 50mg Clomid from day 5-9. I starter taking opk's from CD12. I got very close to a positive on CD16 but the one line was not darker than the control line they were more or less the same. The following morning I got a negative. Did I even ovulate?

We BD on CD15 the morning and CD17 night.

On the app my ovulation is not due until CD18 which is clearly incorrect🤔

Did we miss all our chances.
