Reason my boobs are hurting??
So I'm 4 months pp and I havnt breastfed since my baby was 2 weeks old. I wasnt producing much milk... for the past week off and on my boobs have been sore and they feel fuller. I usually get sore nipples before period but not the whole boob. I had this feeling az a first sign of pregnancy, but it's also similar to after I had my baby. But no milk is coming out so idk if its milk coming back in.... what do you girls think?
