Loud yelling fight at 20 weeks.... comment please

I got into a really loud yelling fit with a family member after they where snooping through all of my college etc. I was the one yelling the entire time and I got pretty mad. Now my baby is moving a lot after I have calmed down. Will this effect my baby in any way? Cause him to die from too much stress in the womb or for me to go into preterm labor?

I don’t need anyone trying to judge me, I just want to know if anyone has been through something similar or if you know my baby should be okay.. I also have work in an hour and I feel like all of this stress today is going to end badly ):
