My first time drawing a human...Any Tips

The eyes are actually in the middle of the head. Each eye is another eye-width apart, and from the end of each eye to the ear is an eye-width.
Ears start and the eye-height and end at either the top of the top lip or the end of the nose (some people have bigger ears obv)
The mouth ends in the middle of the eyes or where the iris is.
Necks are at least the width of the face from one side of the eye to the other. 
If you're drawing a real person, not everything will be exact but these measurements can help with proportion.
