Debilitating pain and 4dpo? TMI Photo

Hey mammas! This cycle has me for a loop. I think I ovulated 4 days ago with my usual ovulation pains. Then 2 days later I had more severe pain in my right ovary out of the blue for a half the night that left me in debilitating pain. Now today, 4 days later I’m sore again in my right ovary but it’s a dull ache, like a bruise, and I’m 4dpo.

This is my cervical mucous today.

I was worried I had an ovarian cyst or something because of the pain two days ago.

Usually Im tacky and sticky 4dpo but I’m still eggwhite and very foggy.

Anyone have similar experience?
