It's not horrible. I've definitely seen worse. My recommendation is to color in a consistent circular motion in the same direction the whole way.

I would try making guidelines for her face to help with eye, nose, mouth, and ear placement and adding more depth. It’s very flat. It also might help to draw her face at an angle rather than head on. I always find my drawings look better that way and it’s a lot easier.

Hands and apparently feet are the hardest for me to draw right now hahah 
I've never been good at drawing hands ON bodies... I can draw them by itself just fine tho....
