Easy@home strips

Hi everyone. This is our second month TTC and I'm feeling so overwhelmed with all the information. I am wondering if someone can just confirm to me the best time to actually have sex (as silly as that sounds). If we are using the test strips is it as soon as I get a high LH or not until Peak and then how often and how many days after? Such a silly question I know .. I think I've read some conflicting stuff and now I'm over researching! Thank you in advanc :)
