How do you manage your husband playing social sport?

With long work hours, and social sport I feel like my husband is never home.

I feel like I’m constantly living for Sunday, the only day he is home.

He trains twice a week in the evening, so doesn’t see our kids at all (both are in bed when he gets home). Then is at the club all day Saturday for the warm up, game and team meeting.
