I LOST 15 POUNDS!
I had a baby 8 months ago. During pregnacy I ate junk food everyday and gained 20 pounds. Which is a lot for me being 5'3".
I have worked very hard over the past 8 months.
Counting calories and macros with My Fitness Pal App
Eating healthy
Working out 5 times a week, for 30-40 minutes a day
Now I can say I have lost 15 pounds of fat and am healthier and stronger than ever!
You can do whatever you want as long as you work hard.
It's so hard to eat healthy and change your life but it's worth it. I am so much happier now.
Never give up!
EDIT: Just wanted to add that it's really not the pounds that matter, because weight looks different on EVERYONE! But it's really the centimeters/inches that matter most! Not the number on the scale.
I actually have stopped caring about the number on the scale and I have kept track of my measurements.
