My new rule.
I decided today that I won't be eating past 8PM unless I've missed a meal earlier in the day. Because every time I eat later at night it's always carbs or dessert and that's no good at all.
As part of my new rule I've created a mild consequence: every time I do eat past 8 I'll have to post it here and what I ate. This will keep me from breaking my rule because I hate having to tell people when I fail. So if you see one of those posts I'm sorry if they are annoying. I'm just trying to build myself up. I can't do that until I start shooting for my goals.
