BF rubbed me raw

So my bf and I got high and had sex so I didn’t feel it as he rubbed me raw. He hadn’t shaved in a couple days and his stubble as well as his rubbing me while dry has caused some pretty bad irritation down there rn. It’s kinda swollen and definitely super dry. I’ve been using moisturizing and cleansing wipes but they only fix it for the moment they’re on me. It’s causing a lot of discomfort so any advice on remedies would be great!!
