Mummas with HG - how did you get yourself to work?!

I’ve been hospitalised twice with HG.. having a few days off since being discharged after 5 days. 
I have to go back to work in 3 days but don’t know how I’ll do it. I can hardly get up from the couch 😩
Did anyone work with HG?

I don’t know how women that have it, do it. Are you able to work from home at all? Or take sick leave until it hopefully eases up?

Does you job offer STD? I’d maybe look into that.

I quit my job with my first because I couldn’t do it. I was in the hospital so much, they would have fired me anyway. 😂 This time around, I work from home so it makes it a bit easier. I don’t have much advice besides telling someone you trust at the office (a supervisor or boss), and bring crackers or Cheerios with you so you can snack if you feel you can. I had to run to the back of the office every time I had to throw up, because that’s where the bathroom was, so try to be close to a bathroom for when you feel just too awful, and find a medicine that works for you. I don’t know how you’re still doing it though, I’m 9w4d and I’ve been bedridden for the past week. It’s awful.
