Any idea of what this could be??

I had light pink spotting about 4-5days agoand the next day it was a bit brighter but it was only the one time I wiped.. I am assuming it was when I was ovulating? Photos below.. (first one is kind of pink but it doesn’t look pink with the flash on it)

This Thursday on the 7th is my 21 day progesterone test to see if I ovulated (I am on metformin and famera (round 2)).

Today I have been cramping off and on but it is nothing like period cramps.. It is just enough to know it’s there as it doesn’t hurt.

I just went to the bathroom and notice some brownish discharge and I usually never have any of this..

This one is a brownish discharge...

I am honestly not sure what is going on.. I didn’t have any of this when I took clomid and I didn’t have it my first round of femera..

any idea what this could be?
