I had an ultrasound yesterday of my ovaries (starting point to see how/what my bodu does)

She looked at my left and nothing jusg loads of black dots she said that was typical for a pcos sufferer.

She moved to my right smiled and showed me this big black circle and said

"That is a lovely follicle!" She said it was 22mm I believe.

I stopped my period on the 4th and it lasted 8 days, she said that it lines up really well..

So when should we start BD? Will I ovulate? What should I do?

I dont see my dr till a couple weeks
