My depo Ran out February 2018, iv been ttc ever since! From about june 2018 iv had periods that are very regular do you think it’s still the depo stoping me? Have people still been having periods after depo and still finding hard getting pregnant?

Please let me know if anyone is in same boat as me, and how long it did take after having regular periods xx phot from this morning, due on in 4 days 😥

Answer

It took me 7 months to get my period back (irregular most months) and 8 months there after to concieve. I ovulated really late in my cycle (sometimes didnt ovulate) so i used opks, preseed and drank maca powder, and redraspberry leaf tea to extend my luteal phase (my luteal phase was between 3 to 5 days). Hang in there, it may take your body sometime to balance after depo 😊
