Very light spotting

Hi, I am 44 years old. My period is regular and today morning I had a very light spotting. Today is 25cd. I took Vitex Berry this month. All my blood work test are normal. Can you tell me what is going on? Please I need your opinions and I had one misscarriage and still ttc. Thanks
