Newbie gym goer and early pregnancy

I havent been exercising for years and started my weightlos journey at the gym. - feeling great! However, only 4 weeks into my program I found out I am pregnant. I am really scared to go back to gym now. Plus I am exhausted all the time. Currently 6 weeks. Ive gone back to gym once since I found out, did my program, but took it slow, but I felt horrible the rest of the day - nauseous and dizzy! Any advice would be great. I feel like I am getting bigger by the day, even if it still so early. My Dr. Is only seeing me at 8 weeks. I want to be a healthy mommy🙏
