I was worried she was never going to come on her own

I was worried she was never going to come on her own! But she literally dropped in and kicked me awake with a strong contraction at 5:31 AM and was born at 6:23 AM. Water broke and she started crowning on the freeway. 😳

So relieved she is here and healthy.

I was 5 cm/50%/-3 at 39 week appointment, yesterday. I declined the membrane sweep for after 40 weeks. Looks like I didn’t need it. 😅

Had an extra burst of energy over the couple days before and felt really “heavy” in the evening in my legs. Did a lot of housework, took a walk through the neighborhood and had to two date smoothies, yesterday. Not sure if thats what did it or if it was just time. But I’m just happy.
