losing weight
so i’m 14 going into high school next year and i really want to get into shape for the summer and for high school. does anyone have any work outs or tips to help me with that. i’m not super like over weight but i’m not comfortable with my body and i never have been and i’ve been trying to lose weight for so long and i just have so much difficulty with it. any tips will be appreciated, thank you💞💞
