MC at 8 weeks.

I’m 8 weeks and 4 days today. Last week and 7 and 3 days I had my first appointment and baby had a strong heartbeat and everything looked promising. I had 3 episodes of very light spotting between Friday morning and Tuesday so I had another appointment today. Ultrasound showed no heartbeat and baby only measuring at 8 weeks. I’m devastated. This was my first pregnancy and we were so excited. Im now just waiting for it to pass, hoping it will come naturally so I don’t need to do anything else. I think this is the worst feeling in the world.
