Second Baby?!?!?

My fiancé came home grabbed me pulled me close, and asked for a second child!!! I just had a child in 2017, my body still hasn’t recovered all the way and this man wants another one already! I feel nasty and over weight, how do I tell him that I’m not ready for another yet?!? Or should I go ahead and have another then recover at once?!

My only point is that you can’t know how long it would take to conceive, so maybe start making positive and healthy changes now, but let it happen when it happens. It’s good to maintain healthy habits during pregnancy, and could make recovering from a second baby much easier. With that said, you shouldn’t feel pressured if you don’t feel ready, but it sounds like your husband is coming from a really good place.

I was in the same boat, and legit overweight and gross. We decided to not try, but not try to prevent either.... after a night of margaritas he decided to do the thang and 9 months later she came out! My weight loss has been so much better since she came 7 weeks ago... 26 lbs to be exact. It’s so much easier this time around!

I had a baby in 2016 2 yrs , 2017 1 yr , 2018 his now 12 wks the youngest we also have 7 children oldest  is 8 yrs old
