Can u get pregnant on IUD?

I had the paragard copper IUD inserted after the birth of my son back in 2013. I’m about a week late on my period so I’m getting really nervous because I’m usually on schedule. I have three kids ages 9, 8 and 5 so another baby hasn’t been in our future plans, hence why I got the IUD. I had some cramping last week and I could’ve sworn my period was coming in a day or 2 but the cramps have subsided and still no period. I’m also eating like a madwoman anything in sight 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ and I’m irritable af... how likely is it that I could be preggers? I’m so nervous and I think it’s still too early to take a pregnancy test.
