I’m getting pregnant this year. It’s going to happen. No matter what. I went for a gyno visit on Tuesday and he referred me to a fertility specialist, because of my age and PCOS.

I was married for the last 15 years. My husband was sterile so we just never really tried for children in any possible way. Not that we didn’t want children, but we didn’t want to use donor sperm. We looked into adoption but he didn’t want to adopt...so we were just the awesome aunt and uncle with disposable income to spoil the nieces and nephew.

Now he and I are divorced and I have a new sweetie. He’s never had children but really wants at least one, and so do I. So we are going to see the fertility doctor and take whatever steps we have to in order to make this dream a reality. EXCITEMENT!!!
