Soo confused

I stopped trying to get pregnant two months ago and my period is late. My last period was January 26th I never took any ovulation test but on my glow app it said I could’ve ovulated February 13th I had sex for the first time that month on the 15th. My period is around 7 days late now I’ve been constipated(tmi lol) been having headaches and back aches and tender breast the past few days. I assumed that it was because of my period but aunt flow still hasn’t came to see me. I was thinking that maybe since i stopped taking Letrozole in December that’s why it’s not here but it came last month and before without any help. I’m just confused should i give it a few days before i assume my cycles stopped or?
