Never feel like having sex

Are you breastfeeding? I felt the same low sex drive both when I was breastfeeding my daughter and now with my son. I know it isn’t my husband because I love him and find him as attractive as I ever did, sex just isn’t something I think about or need right now so I don’t initiate anything and that does bother him.. it came back when an stopped breastfeeding my daughter so as am assuming it will do the same when I eventually wean my son.. but feeding them is priority now and my husband gets it.. Most things a doctor would give you contain estrogen which hurts your breastfeeding supply, so it’s not worth it to me.. I don’t hate sex, it’s just uncomfortable and I don’t initiate it because it doesn’t occur to me... if you truly don’t have a connection with your partner though that is another matter too

Ask your doctor for a referral to a physical therapist! They can get you set up with pelvic floor exercises to stop that. Most women in the US don't even know it's a thing and we aren't supposed to have stress incontinence after birth.
