What are your legitimate reasons for wanting a baby this young?

Well for me, I’m married. We have our own house & car and jobs. We already have one child together, and we’ve been trying for another one for about a year now. If you have the necessary means to support a baby, then I don’t see how it is a bad thing at all.

Well considering everyone always wants to down talk anyone under the age of 20 ttc... I don’t think you realize it’s not about age, it’s about maturity... sure if you’re 16 or 17 that shouldn’t be a thing but when you are 18 you’re legally an adult. I’ve always been super mature and graduated high school with my DIPLOMA sophomore year. I’m 19 and I have been with my significant other since I was 11!! Literally... so if people want to say we’re to young to know if we want to be with each other, WRONG.! We both work and have jobs. Both have cars in our names.... I’ve had my Mercedes Benz gla in my name for a year with 700+ credit never missed a payment and you want to tell me I can’t have a baby this young? Well I’m almost 5 weeks pregnant and I’ve got it pulled together more than some people double my age.

Only that I just wanted a baby and thought I could do it. I am 20 now and 28 weeks pregnant and am scared shitless thinking how the hell did I think I was ready before now. I’m not ready financially or emotionally but I have to be, I’m scared and excited at the same time to be a mom, very excited. But scared 😅. If there is any advice I can give it’s to seriously sit down and think on it. Realistically. And decide wether or not your ready.

Personally I’m 18 and got married at 17 (a month before my birthday). I have a house with my husband, 2 dogs, my own car that I got myself and make payments on, pay my own bills. My husband is in the army so I know we are financially stable to bring a little bundle of joy into our lives. We love each other and both agree that we are ready. I had to grow up a lot faster than most people my ago. You know when you know. And I know I’m ready and so is my husband 💗 age doesn’t matter, maturity and stability does💗

I got pregnant when I was 18 unexpectedly and we lost him 5 1/2 months into the pregnancy I had a full labor and c section and my lil boy didn’t make it. Yesterday was his one year birthday and me and my boyfriend are still going strong. We stopped using protection a few months ago and now we are just going with the flow and whatever happens happens. It would be amazing to be blessed with a rainbow baby! 🙏🏾💙

I have to agree with everyone else.
It's all about maturity. It's not so much of age because their are SOME cases where the child is financially stable(16-17year olds) but in the long run it's about being careful and smart about choosing to have a kid if that's what two people are willing to do. I personally think marriage or at least being engaged to your SO would be one of those cases where if your young it would be the best way to want a kid. That's my personal opinion though. 
You'll see a lot of girls on here trying for a baby because they think they can do whatever they want and that's just not the case to be bringing a child into the world.

My bf and I have been together for 6 years, I’m 19... my mom and aunts have all started and finished going through menopause from ages 27-35. I want to start having kids young so I can have time to have as many kids as I want before I start going through menopause☺️☺️

The first time I got pregnant wasn't exactly planned so when I lost that baby I figured why not. Six months of ttc with my fiancé after than and here I am pregnant with my rainbow baby the same month my first baby was due.
