Adulting with PCOS

I was diagnosed with PCOS during middle school by a ultrasound, I moved to north Florida since then, I went to a OBGYN to get a well women exam and follow up with my PCOS.

I asked my doctor if I could get another ultrasound and he said it wasn’t need because I still have all the symptoms of PCOS.....I don’t like confrontation but should I switch doctors or ask him again?

I was on/off birth control(pills,path, Nuvaring) since middle school but now I’m about to graduate college and I am not completely off of it. So far I successfully had a period by myself.

(Only has been a month since I last used my birth control*Nuvaring*)
