Is this a triphasic pattern??
Fertility Friend app says possibly triphasic. The three most recent temps are higher than the several previous ones. If this is triphasic and I normally dont have triphasic patterns could that be a good sign?? I have sore breasts and have been super tired.....but this sometimes happens before my period too..... Any thoughts or anyone else's chart looking similar??
