Ok. So my 13 yo bio father if not in her life. Does not and has not helped financially EVER for 13 years of her life. Typical story. Right.? Well my daughter has finally gotten fed up with his bullshit, him lying to her in her face " he don't have a car", " he has to work this weekend", or just planning ignores her. I went thru her phone text messages and it's all her asking can she come over, or I love you daddy, I miss you! And it's nothing for over a year! Nothing no response but is very active on social media. Post pics of his other children oh and btw my daughter is wheelchair bound. She has spinal bfidia and hydrocephalus. His mother gets her maybe once every two months, they never call to invite her it's always her! I've gotten on to her about calling and texting so much if they ignore her but then don't want to get in between, I wanted her to want that for herself. Self love. I always tell her she deserves better and he don't know what he is missing, but I don't know what else to say without speaking I'll of him bc me, oh I wanna ring his fucking neck for making her feel like this, it's hard! Now my baby came to my this morning and said me can my husband be her daddy! (We had seen a video on you tube a couple months back of a girl asking her step Daddy to be her father) so.. I was like hellz yeah!! Excited but trying to compose myself and was like are you sure, once it's done it's no going back. He will not be your father ANYMORE! And she looked at me with the most IDGAF look and said "mama, he not a father to me anyway" 🤷 ........MY GIRL! I am so proud of her for finally seeing it for herself without no one influencing her. Now all I need is help with the process, I don't know where to start im in Texas! Do anyone know any info to this process .... This is her on holloween, she was a hippie.
