How many of you ladies take probiotic vitamins or purposely eat yogurt to keep your lady bits pH well balanced?

Wondering how many ladies actively make sure that their pH is good. I’m recovering from a yeast infection and am taking daily probiotics and cleaning my lady bits with the pH balance stuff but wondering if I should stop once this infection goes away.

Does anyone regularly take probiotics TO prevent yeast infections or is it something you only do when you notice something is off?
