7 month old refusing naps?

Anyone else have a 7 month old who is refusing/fighting naps?! She’s exhausted but will go all day only sleeping maybe a total of 20 minutes then sleep horribly at night because she’s so exhausted! Any ideas?!? My poor 2.5 year old is miserable because she’s a cranky, whiny disaster all day!

Yes. Mine used to take a nice 1.5 hour nap in the morning. And two shorter naps in the afternoon.  Now all he will do is 30 minutes for every nap. Sometimes he fights it or screams for a half hour before falling asleep. Not sure what’s going on with him lately. Definitely frustrating!

This was today before work. She would not nap at all until it was dads turn to watch her lol

Yep, he only had an hour nap in chunks yesterday. I can tell he’s tired, rubbing his eyes and getting cranky...and then it comes to blows at around 6pm uncontrollable crying because he’s so exhausted! He does eventually go down at night though but stirs a couple of times.

My son is 6 months and something is definitely happening with his sleep. He's slept 12+ hours at night since 6 weeks but recently he's been waking through the night. From what I can gather he just wants comfort. And as for naps, only way he will sleep is by us rocking him and letting him nap on our chest.

If it wasn’t for my pram/buggy mine would never nap he naps in his buggy I have to rock him to nap however he will fall asleep without any motion at night in his cot
