have you gotten a positive pregnancy test when you're going through premenopause?

I got three positive pregnancy test! I am currently on hormone therapy treatment dr gave me a blood test and it came back inclusive! My doctor told me to ignore my positive pregnancy test. Very confused I don't know if I'm pregnant or not? does anybody know if someone gotten pregnant while going through perimenopause?
