Supplements and weights??

Hi ladies, so I have only ever done cardio workouts. They have worked great for me so far. I’m almost 4 months postpartum and weigh 20lbs less than before I got pregnant 💪🏻. Anyway I think I’d like to start doing weights now to help tone up some more. Do I need to take any type of supplement? I’m not trying to bulk up I just want to tone up a little.
