Hi my daughter is only 12 days old. She fed for 40 minutes and now she is smacking her lips like she is still hungry. But if I do feed her she just throws it up. Did I do something I shouldn’t have? Is this cluster feeding or comfort?

Update:

She stay awake for the full three hours after the start of her feeding. My husband had to hang out with her till I woke up I was so exhausted. Now realizing it was super overwhelming for him. So I did night shift on my own so he could have a break. But yes it was a cluster feed and a big poop.
