So I’m 36 weeks pregnant and currently cannot work because I got fired after I let them know I was pregnant. And now no one will hire me being so far along so I plan on getting another job outside of him once my son is born. But the situation I’m in... my boyfriend pays my parents $370 a month. $300 for rent and $70 for the phone bill. Some months he helps out and pays my car insurance which is an additional $250 a month. I know what we’re giving them ain’t sh*t but the problem is... my boyfriend will give them rent in full and every single week (he gets paid weekly) they try to pry SOME sort of money out of him. “Rent” was agreed to be paid by the 20th of every month. He just paid last months with his last check but it seems like no matter how much money he gives them they want even more or it’s a big deal. I told my dad “isn’t it due the 20th” and he’s stressing out thinking he won’t get any money all. My boyfriend has held a job and worked his ass off religiously so we can prepare for our son and still pay my parents when they need to be paid. It’s literally March 7th. Idk I guess I’m just kinda trying to say it feels like since my boyfriend makes $750-$980 a week they feel they need a lump some of every single paycheck regardless if the rent is paid already or not.
